Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Intercontinental Global Industries LLC, doing business as Gulf Coast Baldwin Tree Removal ("Gulf Coast Baldwin Tree Removal," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://www.gulfcoastbaldwintreeremoval.com (the "Site"), submit a request through the Site, or call us at (251) 325-2151.

In short: we connect people in Baldwin County, Alabama with independent local tree-service professionals. Our Terms of Service explain what we do and don't do in more detail.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us on our request form:

  • name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • the service you need (for example tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, or storm-damaged tree service)
  • your city or community
  • for storm-damaged requests, the storm situation you choose
  • your description of the tree and what is happening

Information from phone calls. When you call (251) 325-2151, our phone system receives your phone number and basic call information, such as the date, time, and length of the call. Your call may be forwarded to an independent tree-service professional. Calls may be recorded for quality and lead-handling purposes.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

  • Attribution information sent with the form: the page where you first arrived on the Site (landing page), campaign tags in the link you used (called "UTM parameters"), and, if you arrived from a Google ad, a Google click identifier (called "gclid"). These help us understand how people find us.
  • Usage information through Google Analytics 4, if it is enabled on the Site: for example, pages viewed, time on the Site, approximate location derived from your IP address, the website that referred you, and device and browser type.
  • Information from our website platform: our site and form platform (HighLevel) may collect technical information, such as IP address and browser details, when you load pages or submit a form.

We do not ask for payment card information, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information. Please do not include such information in your request description.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to your request and look for an available independent tree-service professional who works in your area;
  • review requests before they are passed on (we may do this during our initial period of operation);
  • contact you by phone or email about your request;
  • understand how people find and use the Site (for example, which pages or campaigns lead to requests), and improve the Site and our service;
  • keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud, or misuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not send text messages about requests.

3. Sharing with independent tree-service professionals

This is the main way we use your request. When you submit a request or call us, we may share your request details with one or more independent tree-service professionals who work in your area, so they can contact you about it. Those details may include your name, phone number, email, city or community, the service you need, the storm situation you chose, and your description of the tree and what is happening. Phone calls may be forwarded directly to a professional.

These professionals are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Once they receive your information, they may use it to contact you and to provide, price, and schedule any work you choose to hire them for, under their own practices. We are not responsible for how they handle information after receiving it. If you have questions about a professional's use of your information, please contact that professional directly. You can also tell us.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Other sharing

We also share information with:

  • Service providers that run our Site and operations on our behalf, including HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which hosts our Site and request form, stores and manages requests, and handles calls; and Google (Google Analytics), if analytics is enabled. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, you, or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business, or part of it, is sold, merged, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies and browser storage

  • If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses cookies to measure how the Site is used.
  • HighLevel, our website platform, may set cookies that are needed for the Site and forms to work.

You can block or delete cookies and clear site data in your browser settings. If you block cookies, the Site should still work, but some features may not. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. How long we keep information

We keep request and contact information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this Policy. Those purposes include handling and following up on your request, keeping business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify it. Call recordings are kept on the same basis. Analytics data is kept according to the analytics retention settings. Information already shared with an independent professional is kept under that professional's own practices.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable measures, including reputable service providers and limited access, to protect information. No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices

  • Access, correction, or deletion: You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@intercontinentalglobalindustries.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deleting your information from our records does not delete copies already shared with an independent professional. We will tell you which professional(s) received your request, so you can contact them.
  • Stop contact about a request: Tell us, or tell the professional who contacted you, that you no longer want to be contacted about your request.
  • Analytics and cookies: Use your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Site is meant for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our service is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If we make a significant change to how we share personal information, we will post a clear notice on the Site.
