The Site is operated by Intercontinental Global Industries LLC, doing business as Gulf Coast Baldwin Tree Removal ("Gulf Coast Baldwin Tree Removal," "we," "us," or "our").

Gulf Coast Baldwin Tree Removal is a referral service. We help homeowners and property owners get in touch with independent local tree-service professionals.

We are not a tree-service contractor. We do not:

• perform tree removal, trimming or pruning, stump grinding, storm cleanup, or any other tree work;
• employ tree workers or send crews or equipment;
• set the scope, price, or schedule of any work;
• issue estimates, invoices, or service agreements;
• apply for or handle tree permits.

Any tree work is done by an independent tree-service professional. That professional sets their own terms, pricing, and schedule, and is solely responsible for their work.

Pages on the Site that describe tree services (such as tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, and storm-damaged tree service) describe the kinds of work local professionals may offer. They are general information, not an offer by us to do that work.

3. How requests work

When you call us or submit a request through the Site:

• You are asking us to help connect you with independent tree-service professionals who work in your area.
• You agree that we may share the details of your request (for example your name, phone number, email, city or community, and a description of what you need) with one or more of those professionals, so they can contact you about your request.
• Phone calls to (251) 325-2151 may be forwarded to an independent professional.
• During our initial period of operation, we may review requests before passing them on.
• We or a professional may follow up with you by phone or email about your request.

Submitting a request does not create any agreement between you and us to perform work, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone. If you choose to hire a professional, any agreement about the work, its price, its schedule, and any permits is only between you and that professional.

We may decline to pass on a request at our discretion. For example, we may decline if it is outside Baldwin County, Alabama, incomplete, or appears to be inaccurate or not genuine.

4. No emergency service. No guarantees.

• We are not an emergency service and do not offer round-the-clock service. If anyone is in danger, or a power line is down, call 911 or your electric utility.
• We do not guarantee that a professional will be available, will contact you, or will respond within any particular time.
• We do not guarantee the price, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work done by a professional.

5. Independent professionals

Tree-service professionals you are connected with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not supervise or control their work. Before hiring anyone, you are responsible for deciding whether they are right for your job. That includes asking about licensing or certification, insurance, pricing, permits, and any written terms they offer. We do not verify any professional's licensing, insurance, or credentials, and we make no claims about them.

Any concerns about a professional's work, pricing, scheduling, or conduct should be raised directly with that professional. You are also welcome to tell us at info@intercontinentalglobalindustries.com.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• give accurate contact and property information, and only submit requests for a property you own or are authorized to act for;
• not submit false, fraudulent, or someone else's information;
• not misuse the Site. For example, do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

7. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use the Site or submit a request.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including sharing request details with independent professionals.

9. Site information

Information on the Site, including the tree removal permits guide, is general information about trees, tree services, and local rules. It is not legal or professional advice for your property, and city rules change. Check with your city, and have a qualified professional evaluate your specific situation.

10. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and tools

The Site may use third-party tools (for example, form and analytics tools) and links to other websites, including city and government sources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and our referral service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or without errors. We make no warranty about any professional or any work they perform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
